What it describes
Your natural way of acting is to build both concrete projects and the people who carry them with you. You never build solely for yourself or in your own corner: what you put in place almost always includes, one way or another, the growing skill and the success of those around you.
This way of acting carries an almost instinctive demand for justice and balance, like the two pans of a scale that must always answer each other. You naturally seek for what you build to be fair to all the parties involved, not only profitable or efficient. An arrangement that favours one person at another’s unfair expense deeply bothers you, even when it is financially attractive.
This talent shows itself concretely through one precise reflex: you often notice first that an agreement, however strong on paper, is not truly equitable, and you say so, even when no one else seems to care at the time.
I build for it to hold, but above all for it to be fair.
In which recent situation did you insist that something be truly equitable, even when it complicated matters?
How it is calculated
Each letter of your full birth name — first names and surname, the name you were given at birth — is given a value from 1 to 9, following the order of the alphabet: A is 1, B is 2, and so on to I is 9, then J starts again at 1.
All those values are added together, then reduced to a single digit — except 11, 22 and 33, which are kept as they are.
Your married name, a chosen name or a nickname does not change this number. It is calculated from the name you were given.

A worked example
Take the name MARIA LOPEZ. Every letter of the name is counted.
M 4 · A 1 · R 9 · I 9 · A 1 · L 3 · O 6 · P 7 · E 5 · Z 8
Added together, that gives 53, then 5 + 3 = 8 — expression number 8.
